Why is working at Skiptown so great?!

Our Skiptown culture is fun and friendly. We may not be Olive Garden, but it is true that when you’re here, you’re family.
We never compromise safety - for you or the pups. All daycare dogs are required to complete a compatibility session to determine which of the 12 play groups they are best fit for based on their age, size, and play style. This not only sets up our dogs for success in having fun while they’re with us, but makes it a better experience when you’re caring for them, as well!
It’s never a boring day at Skiptown! Maybe this is a given, but when you’re hanging out with dogs every day, there is certainly never a dull moment and each one is filled with adventures and fun.
A modern approach to pet care! We provide a comprehensive app that gives you all the info you need in the palm of your hand including playgroup info, pet personalities, and facility & boarding schedules to make it easier for you to care for our pups well.

Skiptown Perks:

Free Skiptown membership to the bar & park for your eligible dog(s)
30% off Skiptown services
Employer contribution for Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for full time employees (Vision is free - because we want you to see all those cute puppy faces!)
FREE DoorDash DashPass Work Perks
Purple swag. Lots of purple. We’re serious. You should really like purple.
$60,000 - $70,000 compensation range

Here’s what you need:

At least 2 years of experience working in a daycare and boarding facility with at least 1 year of supervisory/management experience
Experience in herding cats (leading a group of people)
Must be reliable and punctual because these pups won’t wait all day!

Availability to work some major holidays
