Job Description

Super Dispatch is looking for a strategic and growth-oriented marketing leader who can drive our company’s growth through innovative marketing strategies. As the VP of Marketing you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives across all channels while building and managing a high-performing marketing team. Most importantly, you will work to increase Super Dispatch brand awareness in key market segments, increase the quality and quantity of leads, and build a metrics-focused and results-oriented marketing function.

After establishing ourselves as an industry leader in one market segment, Super Dispatch plans to quickly establish its influence in two additional segments by utilizing grassroots methods and targeted marketing strategies. These strategies should build on our strong brand equity and Net Promoter Score with existing customers while targeting potential customers who may be unfamiliar or have outdated views of who we are. This presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to join a fast-growing SaaS company with significant growth potential.


  • Lead and implement the overall marketing strategy to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of company marketing, including brand strategy, community engagement, and messaging consistency.
  • Maintain, refine, monitor, and improve key marketing performance metrics such as NNMRR, qualified lead generation, brand awareness, NPS, CAC and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop KPI dashboards, work with Finance and Analytics departments to maintain dashboards, and provide regular reports to the executive team and Board/Investors.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, customer success, product, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Direct the development of a robust content library and oversee the deployment by channel.
  • Plan and execute a wide range of events, from webinars and community events to industry conferences, to generate brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, setting marketing goals and objectives in line with the company's strategic roadmap.
  • Stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Utilize CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, online advertising, and SEO/SEM campaigns.
  • Design and maintain the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to the existing marketing team, ensuring their professional growth and development.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard additional marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Candidate Experience:

  • Experience successfully leading the marketing function in an established and high-growth SaaS company with a headcount between 50-250.
  • Demonstrated experience in owning or significantly contributing to digital marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of various digital channels.
  • Proven track record in budget management, demonstrating the ability to allocate resources effectively and drive measurable results.
  • Experience in hiring and building high-performing marketing teams, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in the automotive, payments, or marketplace industry, with a solid understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
