Job Description

Super Dispatch is looking for a results-driven Business Analyst who will be responsible for researching and analyzing various business problems and proposing solutions to help improve our operations and run our organization more efficiently. As our company continues to grow and scale, we need an analyst who can help us identify and propose innovative solutions to various business challenges.

This is a fully remote position requiring between 20-40 hours per week. Ideally this candidate will be located in Uzbekistan or within Central Asia, but flexible to overlap at least 2 hours per day with our CEO in the Central US time zone (UTC-6). Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis to propose solutions and opportunities for improvement to various business challenges
• Work cross-functionally with teams and departments to gather information and provide insights
• Develop proposals and recommendations for solutions to improve business operations
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and risk analyzes to evaluate proposed solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to the CEO, executive leadership team, or other individuals across the organization
• Explore and experiment with different solutions, considering their risks, benefits, costs, and impacts
• Monitor and track the implementation of proposed solutions to ensure successful outcomes
• Proactively identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively and efficiently

Candidate Experience:

• 2+ years of professional experience in a Business Analyst or related role
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficient with Excel
