We are searching for an Account Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. The ideal candidate needs to be an 'evangelical' seller passionate about mental health and willing to lead companies to an understanding of the benefits of offering mental health services to their employees. All while working in a remote environment!

Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & outreach to companies to discuss Nivati's value proposition and products
  • Become an expert in Nivati's products, and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using question-based sales techniques
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes based on agreed-upon and attainable goals
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Engage inbound leads via email, phone, and SMS
  • Conduct discovery and presentation meetings with potential clients
  • Sourcing new opportunities through social channels and personal network
  • Establish C-level communication and create buy-in from decision-makers
  • Able to work in a remote environment
  • Travel may be needed once Covid restrictions are lifted for in-person sales presentations

Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of SaaS selling experience (HR, Mental Health, Wellness Solutions experience is a big plus!)
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Representative
  • Strong in-person communication skills and experience selling at events and conferences
  • A high-activity person who likes to make calls 20+ times a day to source and follow up with potential customers
  • Experience using CRM products (Salesforce, HubSpot) for the sales process
  • Experience in prospecting and relevant tools (Linkedin, Zoominfo, Lusha, etc)
  • An organized, process-oriented, detailed, and curious person
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate autonomously in a remote environment
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
