Heartbeat is looking for Enterprise Account Executive to grow its client base in the United States. If you are someone that loves pursuing new business, developing strong customer connections, is passionate about solving problems, and is financially motivated, then this might be the job for you! 
 
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Heartbeat, you’ll manage the entire client relationship from prospecting to closing new and recurring business. You will understand at a deep level the needs of your customers, how their budgets are earmarked, and how to leverage influencer, creator, and ambassador marketing to help them meet their goals. You’ll work closely with our accounts and campaign management teams to coordinate campaign launch , provide best in class client communication and ensure projects run smoothly. 
 
Responsibilities  
 
 
Create persuasive sales proposals leveraging our assets and online resources
Develop a new book of business and upsell existing accounts
Build and manage individual sales pipeline via Hubspot
Communicate regularly with clients, building a strong partnership and understanding their needs as the partnership grows.
Oversee client partner relationships, ensuring campaign success and progress
Represent the clients’ needs and goals to the internal team at Heartbeat
Work closely with the Campaign Management & Account Management teams to ensure the campaign is hitting goals and deadlines for the client.
Be an industry expert, constantly learning about ways to improve our client services and product offerings in the marketing tech community.
Be a creative problem solver - develop, test, and optimize new client retention strategies
Build relationships at all levels throughout our partner’s organization
Understand the competitive landscape for influencer marketing: SaaS, Marketplaces, and hybrid platforms, social media management agencies, and the media agency landscape in general 
 
 
Qualifications 
 
5-7 years of sales experience with demonstrable meeting or exceeding of goal attainment over the last 4 consecutive quarters
High comfort level with Instagram, and TikTok, Twitch is a plus. 
High comfort level with social media engagement trends and algorithms
Experience in fast-paced high-growth companies
Deep understanding of the needs of growing businesses and a strong business acumen.
Familiarity with social media, social media marketing, and influencer marketing
Existing contacts w/ accompanying recent (previous 18 months) purchase history from you, of media advertising or marketing services in 2 or more of the following industries: CPG, Beauty, Fashion, Entertainment, Health & Wellness, Kids Family & Parenting (major plus), Food & Beverage, or Pets.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively both in person and through video (Zoom, etc.).
Familiarity with developing and implementing processes 
Self-motivated and able to work independently for long periods of time
Tech savvy and eagerness to learn new technology and practices 
Working knowledge of Hubspot, Excel + Microsoft Office, Gsuite (especially Forms and Sheets), and Keynote
Experience creating reports to be shared with executive staff
