Heartbeat is looking for an Account Manager in its enterprise services group. This is its offering to major brands looking for ambassador and influencer marketing campaign execution leveraging our network of 300K+ influencers and brand ambassadors on Instagram & TikTok.
The Enterprise Account manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, increasing recurring revenue, developing long-term customer partnerships, and overseeing the execution of large-scale influencer campaigns executed by our Campaign Management teams.

Responsibilities
Oversee client partner relationships, ensuring campaign success and progress
Create persuasive reporting using data to convince clients to increase their campaign size and frequency, working closely with members of the sales team.
Communicate regularly with clients, building a strong partnership and understanding their needs as the partnership grows.
Be an industry expert, constantly learning about ways to improve our client services and product offerings in the marketing tech community.
Work closely with Campaign Management team to ensure the campaign is hitting goals and deadlines for the client.
Represent the clients’ needs and goals to the internal team at Heartbeat
Be a creative problem solver - develop, test, and optimize new client retention strategies
Become an expert on Heartbeat’s ambassador/influencer management platform
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partners’ expectations and new platform feature sets/reporting
Drive thought leadership by creating and presenting case studies and articulating relevant data to clients and internal team members
Provide weekly updates on client satisfaction, repeat business, and overall Squad goals
Collaborate with other Heartbeat departments to ensure best-in-class project execution and high client retention rates
Qualifications
3-5 years of customer facing experience in an implementation or customer success role, preferable in a software or sales/marketing environment
High comfort level with Instagram, and TikTok, Twitch is a plus.
High comfort level with social media engagement trends and algorithms
Experience in fast-paced high-growth companies
Deep understanding of the needs of growing businesses and a strong business acumen.
Familiarity with social media, social media marketing, and influencer marketing (bonus)
Familiarity partnering with Marketing and Sales Leaders to drive adoption
Familiarity with managing high volumes of customers
Familiarity with developing and implementing processes
Ability to work individually and collaboratively in a team environment across multiple departments
Tech savvy and eagerness to learn new technology and practices
Working knowledge of Excel + Microsoft Office, Gsuite (especially Forms and Sheets), and Keynote
Have your own computer and equipment no older than 2018
Experience creating reports to be shared with executive staff
(bonus) Experience with design applications such as: Sketch, Canva, & the Adobe Suite
