Job Description

Super Dispatch’s mission is to provide an end-to-end platform for Carriers and Shippers to move cars faster, smarter, and easier. We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive with B2B SaaS sales experience to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role and an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join an incredibly fast growing and established tech startup.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed sales objectives with potential new customers including sales quota, number of discovery calls, number of demos, and new pipeline deals
  • Manage territory planning and prioritization, execute outbound/inbound sales efforts, identify high-potential customers, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close mid-market to enterprise accounts
  • Drive the sales prospect from the initial interaction through the close of the deal while creating a sense of urgency to ensure deals are closed in a timely manner
  • Demo the product for prospects while presenting product information that resolves their key business challenges
  • Act as a trusted expert to each prospect by building relationships and uncovering customer needs
  • Successfully transition accounts to the Customer Success team
  • Keep the CRM (Salesforce) updated, ensuring all information is accurate, relevant, and current
  • Leverage Salesloft for sales cadences and activity tracking
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on product improvements and features, industry news, and competitors
  • Participate in industry events and conferences as needed (must live within 1 hour of a major US airport)

Candidate Experience:

  • Proven sales hunter with 4+ years in a B2B SaaS role with a track record of closing deals
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Experience with Salesloft or similar preferred
  • Experience at a startup or early-stage company preferred

  • Graduate from Super Dispatch’s new employee onboarding program. You’ll get caught up with who we are, how we work, and what we're building.
  • Begin discovery calls and product demo's in order to start closing deals
  • Develop an understanding of our target customer profile, how to identify customer pain points, and how to address those pains during demos
  • Learn how to utilize a wide range of sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.)

Within 3 months, you’ll…

  • Become a fully ramped Account Executive and meet your monthly KPI's
  • Build a positive and well oiled partnership with your Sales Development teammates as you work together to bring in new customer revenue
  • Understand the full functionality of Super Dispatch products, as well as the greater auto transportation industry and competitive landscape

Within 6 months, you’ll…

  • Consistently meet or exceed your monthly KPI's
  • Proactively identify and implement ways to increase efficiency in sales processes
  • Contribute to the growth of the team by training new team members through shadowing sessions and coaching on best practices

Compensation:

  • Base salary range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
  • Target commission: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
  • On target earnings (OTE): $110,000 - $150,000 annually
