Job Description

The Role:

This role is a contractor role within Crafty. This role supports planned or last minute shift coverage, typically between 8 am - 5 pm on weekdays.

On-site Ops Support:

On-site Ops Support is scheduled time spent at client sites, supporting the operator team and client. This includes:

Fill in as the operator when shift coverage is needed

Coffee (high tech coffee machines) setup in a timely manner

Restock/Merchandise fridges, pantries, snack baskets in a timely manner

Receive and unload delivery,

FEFO stocking (First Expired, First Out), checking expiration dates

Restock/Merchandise fridges, pantries, snack baskets, and misc.

On-site troubleshooting equipment challenges

Client Comms/foot traffic trends that you’ve observed

Merchandise and Inventory Management


This role reports directly to a Client Operations Coordinator.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $22.00 - $26.00 an hour in New York City. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including cost of living based on location, candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
