Job Description

Super Dispatch is one of the fastest growing startups disrupting the Automotive logistics industry. In the post pandemic era, we are experiencing exponential growth and more opportunities for our platform to drive digitization in the automotive industry.
 
We are expanding our Sales team by adding a Director of Sales to help manage our proven sales process and high performing sales team. This is an incredible opportunity to join a high growth company with strong traction.
 
Your role:
 
Lead a sales team comprised of Sales Development Reps, Inside Sales Reps, and Account Executives
Drive your teams OKRs, taking ownership of day-to-day operations, strategy, and overall performance of the sales organization in order to achieve revenue goals
Provide coaching and guidance while identifying and providing training and development opportunities to the sales team
Develop, implement, and execute scalable processes and strategies to increase revenue growth
Recruit, train, and develop high achieving sales team members
Establish and manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and metrics to validate individual and team performance
Analyze the sales pipeline and lead data to forecast revenue growth
Build and maintain a high performing and positive culture of success within the sales organization
Leverage best practices and identify opportunities for efficiency, process improvements, and productivity of the sales team
Be the primary liaison and work closely with Marketing, Success, and Product Teams
Leverage a RevOps stack to gain predictable and scalable improvements
Become an expert within our industry and products while remaining knowledgeable and up to date on the latest product improvements and features
Accurately log, track, and maintain records using Salesforce, ensuring the platform is properly utilized by the entire sales organization to drive consistency and transparency across the business
 
Candidate experience:
 
Startup experience preferred
2+ years leading a SaaS / Marketplace sales organization
Experience building and scaling a sales team
Experience leading multichannel sales
Experience with inbound and outbound channels
A history of exceeding revenue targets for the team
Experience forecasting revenue
Experience optimizing sales operations
Experience with Salesforce and other tools such as Salesloft, Zoominfo, and Tableau

Graduate from Super Dispatch’s company-wide new employee onboarding program. You’ll get caught up with who we are, how we work, and what we're building
Understand the full functionality of Super Dispatch products, as well as the greater auto transportation industry and competitive landscape
Be fully onboarded on all Sales specific software and tools
 
Within 3 months, you’ll…
 
Contribute to the existing sales onboarding and training program in order to build a high achieving sales team
Recruit and hire new sales reps to support the revenue expansion goals of the company
Participate in calls and demo's with sales reps while supporting all enterprise deals
Partner with Marketing and hold them accountable for being a lead generation focused partner
Ensure data hygiene in Salesforce amongst the Sales Team
 
Within 6 months, you’ll…
 
Achieve an overall team quota of 80%+
Have built a high performing Sales Team and developed quantifiable sales-related goals and milestones
Own every aspect of the sales process and proactively identify and implement ways to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Provide ideas around additional verticals or stronger go-to-market strategies

Collaborate with key stakeholders to set long term objectives and KPI's while closely tracking progress
Set a strategic vision that maps out the future of the Sales organization and strategy at Super Dispatch
