Job Description

About Your Role:
 
Work closely with the leadership to prepare and maintain automated driving technology and product development schedules, prioritization plans, and budgets.
Work with the engineering, safety, and business development teams in breaking up product roadmap milestones into releases, decomposing the work into a cohesive plan using AGILE best practices.
Identify inter-dependencies in the engineering team's tasks, clarify task prioritization, and coordinate resource allocation. Driving improvement to the project key process indicators (KPI’s).
Coordinate and facilitate daily stand-up meetings to track progress in cross-functional teams using SCRUM values.
Assess and capture project risks and issues. Develop mitigation strategies and communicate status to senior leadership and project stakeholders.
 
About You:
 
Bachelors degree in project management and/or engineering or equivalent experience.
You will have 5 years of experience as a technical program/project manager or engineering manager in a hardware-software product development environment.
You will have experience with Systems Engineering processes working with customers to gather and develop requirements.
You will have experience in a full lifecycle project and product management.
You will have experience with AGILE development methodology as well as traditional waterfall methods in product development. Able to integrate change management and process improvements into the fabric of the organization.
You will have experience with project management tools, like the Atlassian Suite, Asana, Clarizen, Trello, etc.
Nice To Haves:
 
Have worked at an autonomous vehicle start-up.
Have experience working with automotive or similar industry standards.
PMP, Scrum Master certification.
